We live in a digital age where many of
our interactions are now virtual. Sometimes, we can only read words on a screen. Sometimes, we can interact through audio and video. Certainly, online interactions are convenient and allow us to meet with people across great distances. Being with someone in-person is getting to
feel and sense the other person and they us. |
Meeting in-person provides the experience of connecting and
being fully seen by another person.
being fully seen by another person.

In-person, face-to-face therapy helps
build a positive and trusting relationship between you and me, which is crucial for your successful therapy. Empirical research, i.e., actual observable evidence, shows that the therapeutic bond between the therapist and her client leads to better outcomes, more than specific techniques.1 |
I look forward to meeting you in-person in my office.
