We live in a digital age where many of our interactions are now on-line. Sometimes we are simply reading words on a screen. Sometimes, we interact through audio and video, but being with someone in-person is getting to feel and sense the other person and they us. Online interactions are convenient and allow us to engage with people across great distances. Meeting in-person provides the experience of connecting and being fully seen by another person. In-person, face-to-face therapy helps build trust, deeper understanding, and enhances the therapeutic process. I look forward to meeting with you in-person in my office.
