The greatest gift we can give our children is showing them how to be happy. My goal is to help you be happy moms, dads, partners, so your kids grow up knowing what happiness looks like. 

I know how busy life can get sometimes with work, raising your kids, managing household responsibilities and chores, etc. There is little time left over for yourself and your partner. I'm here to help. Some common topics I help with are:

• Relationships: fostering intimacy and connection, communication and conflict resolution, navigating parenting stress and styles, work-life balance
• Individual: personal and professional growth, search for meaning; building confidence, self-esteem and emotional resiliency;  navigating cultural norms and family expectations, intergenerational conflict ​
• Managing strong emotions: overwhelm, anxiety, anger, resentment; coping with grief, loss, alienation​

Promotion Details: Therapy is for adults and couples in California within the scope of my practice and based on my availbility. I do not provide therapy to minors. To receive the promotional rate, therapy must begin by April 30, 2025. Promotional rate will apply for therapy sessions up to six months from start date of therapy, i.e., promotional rate for therapy ends October 31, 2025. The regular rate will be applied to therapy sessions thereafter. Other limitations may apply to promotional offer. All my practice policies will apply.
